Clinical Psychologist

Isabelle Tombleson is an Endorsed Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor, dedicated to delivering comprehensive psychological care and evidence-based interventions tailored to individual mental health needs.

She holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from Western Sydney University and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours – Class 1) from the University of New England. Isabelle has expertise in evidence-based individual and group therapies, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and specialised Drug and Alcohol interventions within community health settings. Her extensive experience in substance use disorder treatment, coupled with a deep understanding of co-occurring mental health conditions, enables her to address complex clinical needs effectively.

The high prevalence of comorbidity in substance use disorders highlights the importance of her dual-focused approach. Isabelle’s technical expertise, combined with a client-centred approach, ensures her interventions are both effective and empathic. In addition to her clinical work, Isabelle co-hosts a podcast where she shares insights on key topics in psychology and supervision, further contributing to the field through education and discussion.
