Isabelle Tombleson
Isabelle Tombleson is an Endorsed Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor who is passionate about providing warm, compassionate, and evidence-based psychological care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and experiences.

Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, Isabelle approaches therapy with empathy, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. She believes therapy should feel collaborative and empowering, never rushed or overwhelming, and works alongside consumers at a pace that feels safe and meaningful for them. Her practice is grounded in positive psychology and informed by motivational interviewing, helping people build on their strengths while creating lasting, life-changing growth.

Isabelle is deeply committed to recovery-oriented and person-centred care. She works closely with peer representatives and community groups and is passionate about championing the value of lived experience clinicians within the mental health sector.

With extensive experience supporting people experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, Isabelle brings a thoughtful and integrated approach to complex clinical presentations. Her therapeutic style combines evidence-based interventions with warmth, curiosity, and genuine human connection.

She holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from Western Sydney University and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours – Class 1) from University of New England. Isabelle has extensive experience delivering both individual and group therapies, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy, alongside specialised Drug and Alcohol interventions within community health settings.

In addition to her clinical work, Isabelle co-hosts a psychology and supervision podcast, where she shares insights, reflections, and practical discussions on topics relevant to clinicians, supervision, and mental health practice.
