Isabelle Tombleson is a Board Approved Supervisor providing private supervision services to Psychologists across Australia. Isabelle has extensive experience supervising Provisional Psychologists in 4+2, 5+1 and Clinical Masters programs.

As a supervisor, Isabelle is dedicated to nurturing the growth and confidence of emerging psychologists through supportive, tailored mentorship. She aims to create a reflective and collaborative supervisory space that strengthens clinical skills, professional identity, and confidence in evidence-based practice.

 

Her supervisory philosophy extends beyond symptom-focused treatment, encouraging supervisees to develop a deeper understanding of the whole person and the broader context of their clients’ experiences. Isabelle is passionate about supporting clinicians to practise with both clinical excellence and compassion, helping them make meaningful contributions to the field and the communities they serve.
